1. Services to find and provide general information about potential customers


In accordance with the features of the products and the market, the customer selection criteria are formed together with our Client and may include the following issues:

- location of the company

- activities

- type of ownership

- availability of production of certain products or provision of certain services

- scale of activities (number and/or revenue of the company, area and/or number of facilities)

- financial indicators (profit, profitability, etc.)

- the presence of certain technological processes

- affiliation with other companies

- realization of direct purchases of goods of foreign production

- delivery of manufactured products to other countries

- availability of public purchases of certain products, including those from specified competitor companies


As a result, within the framework of the report, the following information can be provided for each enterprise:

- company name,

- its address and contact information,

- the values ​​of the chosen selection criteria (see above)

- persons influencing the purchases, their current phones and/or e-mail addresses,

- other necessary information.


2. Services for the search and provision of detailed information on the procurement of potential customers

At the first stage, in accordance with the features of the products and the market, the client selection criteria are formed together with our Client (see the section above) or he provides a list of companies of interest to him.

At the second stage, data is collected from the identified companies through negotiations with various competent representatives of the consumer company.


As a result, the following additional information (in addition to the general information) for each enterprise can be provided in the report:

- conformity of the products purchased by a customer and products offered by our Client,

- the volume of consumption of specific products,

- purchase price for products or their level

- current supplier and working conditions

- conditions for switching to another supplier's products

- the need for accreditation procedures and other barriers to start cooperation,

- plans for modernization, which may affect the probability of procurement from our Client,

- other tasks depending on the features of the products or services of our Client.


3. Services to identyif the current and potential demand for equipment

Procurement of such products as equipment is not carried out regularly therefore it is a laborious task to detect and track demand in hundreds and thousands of consuming companies.

At the first stage of the provision of this service, a list of all potential operating companies of the equipment under study is formed and information is collected from all available databases on procurement of equipment for previous years and to the present.

In the second stage, taking into account the available information, companies with the greatest probability of current or potential demand for equipment are selected.

In the third stage, additional data on current or planned equipment purchases is carried out by negotiating with the competent representatives of the operator company on the companies selected on the second stage.


As a result, the following additional information (in addition to the general information) on each enterprise can be provided in the report:


- availability of current demand for equipment

- parameters of purchased equipment

- Current demand status (decision making, supplier selection, tender announcement)

- the need for accreditation procedures and other barriers to start cooperation,

- plans for procurement of equipment in the future

4. Services for the identification and study of prospective client groups for new products


In the case when our Client evaluates or plans to promote new products or services to the market that do not have direct analogues, the following works will be carried out within the framework of this service:

At the first stage, the list of the nearest substitute goods or processes and application of a new product or a service will be determined together with our Client.

In the second stage, a list of criteria and groups of potential customers and a list of companies that meet these criteria will be formed.

At the third stage, the data is collected from the identified companies through negotiations with various competent representatives of the consumer company.


As a result, the following additional information (in addition to the general information) for each enterprise can be provided in the report:

- level of interest in using a new product or service

- information about the parameters of the products used at the moment (characteristics, price)

- the conditions under which the potential customers are ready to consider the possibility of using new products (coordination, trial lot testing, etc.)

- requirements to the characteristics/parameters of new products

- evaluation of the potential volume of purchases of new products
